at 06.30 p. m. cook and the city opens. in the heart of the most historic neighborood of turin, in emanuele filiberto plaza. lunches, aperitifs, dinners with meat, fish and coquillages. cook and the city was born from the experinece of carlo nebiolo, great chef from turin, and orange, that takes care of its image and communication.
